Recipes I Am Still Loving 2 Years Later!
I am always searching Pinterest for new recipes that the whole family will like. Two years ago when we were smack dab in the middle of quarantine I tried these recipes and they still make my monthly menu plan!
BBQ Chicken French Bread Pizza– This is an easy and fresh option for your Friday pizza nights. I really liked using the french bread for the crust. It gave this pizza a nice crispy taste. I cook up my chicken all at once and then freeze the extra. I can whip up the BBQ chicken pizza in no time.
Parmesan Tomato Basil Soup– This is a family favorite. Not only do I get lots of veggies in the mix I can double up it freezes great. This recipe does take some extra time with using the food processor (I use my Ninja blender) but its worth it. Pair this soup with a grilled cheese sandwich and it perfect for lunch or dinner. Double the batch and freeze some for later!
Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken – This is a healthy chicken option. I’ve made it a few times; so much that I don’t look at the recipe anymore and I don’t measure out exactly. I usually add potatoes or green beans to the crock pot. This spices give them a great flavor. This recipe takes little time to put together and crock pot meals are the best.
Hibachi Chicken – One of my favorite styles of restaurants are the Hibachi where they cook at your table. We would go every year to celebrate birthdays and on date nights. I never thought I could come close to getting the flavor right but this recipe is perfect! It takes a little bit of time to prep the ingredients so I choose a night where I am not rushed. Pick up a bottle of Yum Yum sauce and you won’t regret it. Makes for great leftovers!
